No. CryptoKard accounts use an email address and password. Your email must be verified with a six-digit activation code, but signup does not require an ID upload or identity verification.

You can spend up to $100,000 USD per transaction and up to $500,000 USD per month on each card.

Your initial membership activation must be paid. After that, top up at least $2,500 to your cards during each membership month to earn your next monthly renewal free. The $2,500 target counts completed card funding after fees, across your CryptoKard cards. Reach it each month to keep earning free renewals.

An active membership also gives you access to Auto Load for automatic card funding and Private Load for private deposits into your Auto Load Balance.

You choose one, two or three card products before payment. The total is $125 for one card, $150 for two cards or $175 for three cards: a $100 one-time activation fee plus a $25 starter balance on every selected card. Available products are Everyday, Subscriptions and TikTok Ads.

Top-up balance is the confirmed USD value you add through Card → Top-up → Add balance. Choose a card, review the amount, fee and net card load, then confirm. Adding funds does not automatically load a card. Top-up balance cannot be withdrawn.

Auto Load balance holds separate crypto for automatic card funding. In the Auto Load tab, add funds, choose a card, then set a card balance threshold and a deduction amount. Your saved rule can load the card when its balance falls below that threshold, provided your membership is active and enough funds are available. Applicable top-up fees still apply.

Unused, available Auto Load balance can be withdrawn to your saved refund address for the same token and network. A 5% withdrawal fee plus network costs applies. Funds reserved for a load, withdrawal or settlement must finish processing first. Review the current withdrawal quote before confirming.

These are separate balances, and funds cannot be moved between them. They are also separate from money already loaded onto a card and from membership activation or renewal payments. Always use the deposit instructions for the balance you intend to fund.

Private deposit is a funding option available through Private Load for active members. It sends crypto through a private route designed to break the direct on-chain link between your sending wallet and your Auto Load wallet. For privacy-minded members, this helps keep source-wallet activity separate from card funding.

Open Auto Load, choose Private Load, select your sending token and receiving network, and enter an amount. Review the quote, then send funds to the deposit address provided. Once processing completes, the received funds appear in your Auto Load Balance, ready for automatic card funding.

The estimated private-route fee is 5%, with the exact receiving amount shown before you send. Processing can take up to 1 hour. Standard card top-up fees still apply when funds are loaded onto a card.

Use Everyday for Apple Pay, Google Pay, online and in-store shopping, travel, hotels, tickets and other everyday purchases. Use Subscriptions for recurring payments to supported AI, advertising and cloud-service merchants. Because that card is category-specific, payments to unrelated merchant types may be declined.

CryptoKard is designed for broad international acceptance, but approval cannot be guaranteed at every merchant. Payments can be declined because of merchant policies, card-network rules, location restrictions or automated security checks. Make sure you are using the right CryptoKard for the purchase, then contact CryptoKard support if you need help.

Both CryptoKards support eligible international purchases in supported merchant currencies. Currency conversion and other third-party charges may apply, and acceptance remains subject to the merchant and card network.

The first $1,000 of eligible loads in each 30-day membership period has no customer top-up fee. It is one allowance shared across your selected cards. You’ll pay a 6% top-up fee only on the amount above $1,000.

Fund your Auto Load Balance using an available token and network in the app, choose a card, then set a balance threshold and a deduction amount. CryptoKard checks card balances periodically. When your card falls below its threshold, Auto Load deducts your chosen amount and loads the card after applicable top-up fees. You need an active membership and enough available balance. One load runs at a time, and the card must recover to its threshold before another can trigger. Manage one Auto Load per card in the app, and receive a Telegram alert in your verified linked chat after the card is loaded.

Yes. Unused Auto Load Balance can be withdrawn from the app to your latest saved refund address for the same token and network, minus a 5% withdrawal fee and network costs. Withdrawals already submitted keep their original address. Funds reserved for an in-progress load or withdrawal must finish processing first. Track the withdrawal in History; settlement can take up to one hour on some networks. This is separate from withdrawing money already loaded onto a card.

Membership payments currently support official USDC on Ethereum, Base, Arbitrum and Optimism, plus official USDT on Tron. Card top-ups support a wide range of networks, with availability shown in the app before you send.

Top-ups normally update after the transfer receives the required blockchain confirmations. Check that you used the exact address, token, network and memo shown in CryptoKard. Do not send another transfer to correct the first one. If it remains missing, contact support with the transaction hash and a screenshot.

Your existing card balances remain usable. New top-ups to your selected cards pause until the $50 renewal is covered.

CryptoKard is an installable web app. Save it from Safari or Chrome on iOS or Android, then set a four-digit PIN for quicker protected access.

When a payment or mobile-wallet setup requires a one-time verification code, CryptoKard sends it to your verified linked Telegram chat first. If Telegram is unavailable or delivery fails, the code is sent to your account email. Never share an OTP with anyone, including support.

Apple and Google decide which verification methods are available. If you only see phone verification, remove the card and add it again using the real name associated with your Apple or Google account. If email verification still does not appear, try another device or account. CryptoKard cannot change the verification options provided by Apple or Google.

Yes. Open the card inside CryptoKard and select Freeze. New payments and authorizations are blocked while the card is frozen, but its balance remains untouched and previously approved transactions may still settle. You can unfreeze it at any time. A security-related freeze may require help from support.

No. CryptoKards are virtual cards and do not use a card PIN. If a physical payment terminal requires one, that payment method may not be supported. Use Apple Pay or Google Pay where available, or complete the payment online.

Each CryptoKard is valid for two years from the date it is issued. You can find its expiry date in your protected card details.

After the merchant confirms a refund, allow up to 48 hours for it to appear on your card balance. Processing time and possible handling charges can depend on the card program. If it is still missing, contact CryptoKard support with the merchant’s confirmation and the original transaction details.

Yes. An eligible remaining balance can be returned to a USDT wallet on the TRON network. Withdrawals may take up to three business days and include a processing fee. Contact CryptoKard support to begin the request and carefully confirm your USDT-TRC20 address before the refund is processed.

CryptoKard cannot be used for gambling or betting, lottery tickets, cash withdrawals, money transfers, sanctioned locations, illegal purchases, fraud, money laundering or attempts to bypass card-network or compliance controls. Restricted activity may be declined and can result in the card or account being suspended.

Select Reset Password and enter the email address connected to your CryptoKard account. If you previously linked Telegram, we’ll send the secure reset link there first. If Telegram isn’t linked or delivery is unavailable, we’ll send it to your verified account email instead. Reset links are time-limited and should never be shared.
