Agreement & eligibility

These terms form the agreement between you and the operator of the CryptoKard service (together, “CryptoKard”, “we”, “us” or “our”). They apply to the marketing website, the CryptoKard web app, installed PWA, virtual cards, membership deposits, card loads, activity tools and linked support channels.

You must be able to enter this agreement

You must be at least 18 years old, have legal capacity, and use CryptoKard only where it is lawful for you to do so. You may not use the service from a sanctioned, embargoed or otherwise restricted location, or on behalf of a prohibited person. If you act for a business, you confirm that you have authority to bind it.

Information and checks

The current account flow is designed without a routine identity-document upload. That does not prevent CryptoKard, a card issuer, processor, network provider or competent authority from requesting information, restricting a transaction, or applying screening when legally or operationally required. You must provide accurate information when requested.

02

Your account

You create an account with a Telegram username and a password. CryptoKard does not ask for your Telegram password. You are responsible for keeping your CryptoKard password, device, wallet access, installed-app PIN and any recovery material secure.

  • Use one account for yourself or the business you are authorized to represent.
  • Do not share access, sell an account, impersonate another person, or misstate ownership of a sending wallet.
  • Notify support promptly if you suspect unauthorized access, card exposure or a compromised device.
  • A four-digit PWA PIN is a convenience lock on that device; it is not a replacement for your account password or device security.

Telegram linking is optional unless you want Telegram notifications or member support. A link token is single-use and the linked chat can be managed from the Account area.

03

What CryptoKard provides

CryptoKard provides a software interface that coordinates membership payments, supported digital-asset transfers, two purpose-built virtual card products, card-load instructions, activity information and support. The cards are intended for:

01Everyday

General online and in-person spending where the card and mobile wallet are accepted.

02Subscriptions & Advertising

Recurring software, cloud, advertising and other eligible online merchant payments.

CryptoKard is not a bank, investment adviser, exchange, tax adviser or self-custody wallet. It does not promise that every merchant, mobile wallet, country, currency or transaction type will be available. Card issuance, processing, settlement, acceptance, mobile-wallet provisioning and blockchain infrastructure may be supplied by third parties under their own rules.

04

Membership

Activation

A one-time $200 activation payment includes issuance of the Everyday and Subscriptions & Advertising virtual cards. Activation can accumulate across multiple verified partial payments. The account remains activation-pending until the full amount is confirmed.

When the 30-day period starts

Completing activation does not by itself start the membership clock. Your first successful eligible card load starts the shared 30-day membership period for both cards.

Renewal and overdue access

The standard renewal is $150 every 30 days. If the membership becomes overdue, existing card balances remain available for eligible spending, but new loads to both cards pause. Renewal restores load access and starts a fresh 30-day period.

Membership payments and card balances are separate. A payment route marked “membership” does not fund a card. If an overdue payment is made through a route that also supports a card load, the amount due for renewal may be applied first and only the eligible remainder processed as a card load.

05

Deposits & on-chain verification

Always follow the payment request shown inside your account. The app may offer a connected-wallet payment, an account-specific QR or address, or manual verification using the public address of the self-custody wallet that sent the funds.

Exact route. Exact asset. Exact network.

Send only the stablecoin, official token contract, network, address and amount displayed for that request. Do not send a native asset, bridged imitation, unsupported token or funds on a different network.

Supported options

Payment options can change as providers and networks change. The authoritative options are those displayed in the app at the time you create the request. Current flows support official USDC on selected EVM networks and official USDT on Tron (TRC-20). Different routes may show different network selections.

Self-custody and sender matching

For manual sender verification, send from a self-custody wallet you control. Do not send directly from a centralized exchange: its visible sending address may belong to the exchange, which can prevent reliable account matching. If a return is approved, it can be sent only to the original on-chain sender, not to a different address you provide later.

Detection, confirmations and finality

A submitted transfer is not credited merely because a transaction hash exists. CryptoKard checks the destination, chain, official token contract, transfer amount and unique transfer identity, then waits for the required network confirmations. The normal target is currently 12 confirmations, but may change by network or provider. A detected transfer can remain pending, fail verification, or enter reorganization review before final credit.

Payment sessions and partial amounts

Account-specific requests can include a precise fractional token amount used to identify the payment. Pay that exact amount while the request is valid. Recently expired sessions may remain searchable for recovery, but you should create a new request when instructed. Verified partial activation or renewal payments are retained as credit toward the amount due.

Incorrect and excess transfers

Blockchain transfers are generally irreversible. CryptoKard is not responsible for assets sent to the wrong address, on the wrong network, using the wrong contract, from an unverifiable sender or outside the displayed instructions. An excess amount sent to a membership-only route is not automatically loaded to a card and may require manual review. Any approved return may be reduced by blockchain, provider and recovery costs.

06

Card loads, fees & renewal rewards

First $2,0000%

User load fee in each membership period.

Above allowance6%

Only on the portion above $2,000.

Across both cardsShared

One allowance, not $2,000 per card.

The included allowance measures gross eligible loads across both cards during the same membership period. If a load crosses the threshold, the 6% user fee applies only to the portion above the remaining allowance. The allowance resets when a new membership period begins.

Blockchain gas, wallet, provider, card-program, foreign-exchange, merchant, authorization, decline, refund, dispute or other third-party charges may apply when disclosed in the app or by the relevant provider. Those charges are separate from the CryptoKard user load fee unless expressly stated otherwise.

Renewal rewards

Where live issuer activity tracking is available, qualifying settled spending across both cards may earn a credit against the next renewal. Current milestones shown in the app can reduce the renewal by $50, $75, $100 or up to $150. Pending authorizations, refunds, reversals, ineligible activity and artificial or manipulated spend do not qualify. Reward rules, availability and qualifying activity may change, and the amount displayed in your account controls.

07

Cards, merchants & mobile wallets

Cards may be used only for lawful, eligible transactions and within the balance, program, merchant, country and transaction limits made available to you. A visible balance does not guarantee authorization. Transactions may be declined, reversed, adjusted or delayed by a merchant, issuer, card network, processor, mobile wallet or risk control.

  • Keep enough balance for the final settled amount, including tips, currency conversion or merchant adjustments.
  • Cancel unwanted subscriptions with the merchant; freezing or deleting a card does not cancel a merchant contract.
  • Do not repeatedly retry a declined payment without checking the reason.
  • Mobile-wallet availability depends on Apple, Google, the issuing program, your device and your location.

Merchant refunds and reversals can take time to reach the card and may be processed differently from the original authorization. Raise a card-transaction issue promptly through support and provide the information reasonably requested. Chargeback or dispute rights, deadlines and fees are determined by the applicable card program and may be shown separately.

08

Activity & spending intelligence

The Activity area can organize issuer-supplied transactions by merchant, category, location, date and status. It can calculate 30-day spending, category trends, budget progress, protected reserve, “safe to spend” guidance, likely recurring payments and unusual-spend signals.

These features are informational planning tools. Categories and patterns can be incomplete or wrong; an unusual-spend signal is not a fraud determination; a recurring estimate is not a promise that a merchant will charge that amount or date; and budget settings do not block a card. Settled issuer activity is used for spending calculations, while pending authorizations, refunds and reversals are treated according to their status.

09

Security & your responsibilities

CryptoKard uses security controls intended to protect accounts and card data, including password hashing, encrypted storage for card credentials, protected card reveals, transfer verification, audit records and rate limits. No online system is risk-free.

  • CryptoKard will never ask for your wallet seed phrase or private key.
  • Review the network, token contract, recipient and amount in your wallet before approving a transfer.
  • Use an updated device and browser, a unique password, a device lock and the optional PWA PIN.
  • Card details are masked by default and a reveal is time-limited. Do not copy or expose them on an untrusted device.
  • You are responsible for transactions authorized through your credentials or device until you report a suspected compromise, subject to mandatory law and card-program rules.
10

Privacy notice

Data we process

Depending on the features you use, CryptoKard may process your Telegram username and linked Telegram identifiers; password hash and security metadata; account, device and session information; public wallet addresses; transaction hashes and on-chain transfer details; membership, deposit, fee and card-load records; masked card information; issuer-supplied card activity; spending preferences; support messages; and security or audit events.

Why we use it

We use this information to create and secure your account, verify deposits, calculate membership and fee status, provide cards and activity tools, detect abuse, deliver requested Telegram notifications, answer support requests, maintain records, improve reliability and comply with applicable obligations.

Who receives it

Information may be shared as necessary with infrastructure, hosting, wallet-connection, blockchain-data, card-issuer, processing, messaging, security, professional-adviser and compliance providers. Public blockchain information is independently visible on the relevant network. We may also disclose information where required by law, legal process, sanctions obligations, fraud prevention or protection of users and the service.

Retention, location and choices

Records are kept for as long as reasonably necessary for the service, security, dispute handling, accounting, recovery and legal obligations. Providers may process data in other countries with different laws. You can manage spending-alert preferences and Telegram linking in the app. To request access, correction or deletion, contact support; some records may need to be retained, and public blockchain data cannot be erased by CryptoKard.

CryptoKard does not use your recovery phrase or private key and does not need your Telegram password. We do not represent that use of CryptoKard is anonymous: wallet transfers, issuer records, device data and linked services can be identifiable.

11

Prohibited use

You must not use, attempt to use, or help another person use CryptoKard for:

  • Fraud, theft, scams, money laundering, terrorist financing or sanctions evasion.
  • Illegal goods, services, content or transactions, or activity that violates card-network or provider rules.
  • Mixers, tumblers, stolen assets, deceptive source-of-funds practices or concealment of beneficial ownership.
  • Account resale, credential sharing, unauthorized payment instruments or transactions for an undisclosed third party.
  • Manipulated spending, self-dealing or circular transactions intended to earn rewards or avoid fees.
  • Abuse of disputes, refunds, authorizations, merchants, support, APIs, QR sessions or verification systems.
  • Reverse engineering, security testing without written permission, scraping, automated interference or attempts to identify or circumvent confidential service providers.

We may reject, restrict, report, reverse where possible, or investigate activity that appears prohibited or creates unacceptable legal, security, fraud or program risk.

12

Availability, suspension & closure

We may maintain, change, interrupt or discontinue any part of the service. Blockchain congestion, provider downtime, issuer controls, wallet outages, security incidents, legal requirements and events outside our control can delay or prevent access, verification, issuance, loads or transactions.

We may refuse a request, suspend an account, pause loads, freeze or close a card, restrict a feature, or end the relationship where reasonably necessary for suspected misuse, security, provider instructions, legal compliance, excessive risk, unpaid amounts or breach of these terms. Notice may be delayed or omitted where prohibited or where immediate action is reasonably required.

Closing an account does not erase settled obligations, transaction history, dispute rights, provider records or information we must retain. Any remaining balance or return is handled subject to verification, provider rules, deductions, legal restrictions and the technical ability to return funds.

13

Digital-asset & operational risk

Digital assets and blockchain services involve material risks. Even a stablecoin can lose its peg, be frozen by its issuer, experience contract or bridge failure, or become illiquid. Networks can congest, reorganize, fork, fail, charge high fees or produce delayed or conflicting data. Wallets and smart contracts can contain vulnerabilities.

You decide whether a supported asset and network are appropriate for you. CryptoKard does not provide investment, tax or legal advice and does not guarantee the market value, convertibility or continued support of any asset. You are responsible for taxes, reporting and the legality of your activity.

14

Disclaimers, liability & indemnity

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without a promise of uninterrupted access, universal merchant acceptance, a particular transaction outcome, error-free insights, asset value or fitness for a particular purpose.

CryptoKard is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive or consequential loss; loss of profit, revenue, opportunity, data or goodwill; an unsupported or incorrectly sent asset; loss caused by your wallet, device or credentials; merchant conduct; or an act or omission of an issuer, network, processor, blockchain, stablecoin issuer, wallet, Telegram, Apple, Google or other third party, except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded.

Where liability may lawfully be limited, CryptoKard’s aggregate liability arising from the service will not exceed the fees you actually paid to CryptoKard during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim. This limit does not apply where prohibited by mandatory law.

You agree to reimburse CryptoKard for reasonable losses, claims, penalties, chargebacks, provider assessments and costs arising from your unlawful use, fraud, material breach of these terms or infringement of another person’s rights, except to the extent caused by CryptoKard’s own unlawful conduct.

15

Changes, interpretation & disputes

We may update these terms to reflect product, pricing, provider, security or legal changes. Material changes will be published here and may also be shown in the app. Continued use after an effective date means you accept the updated terms; if you do not agree, stop using the service.

These terms, together with pricing and program disclosures shown in the app, form the entire agreement for the service. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue. A delay in enforcing a right is not a waiver. We may assign or subcontract service responsibilities; you may not transfer your account or these terms without consent.

Before starting formal proceedings, contact support and give us a reasonable opportunity to investigate. These terms are governed by the law applicable to the CryptoKard operator and the service relationship, while preserving any mandatory consumer rights that cannot be waived. The forum, arbitration process and contracting-entity details disclosed to you at account activation or in an applicable card-program agreement also apply.
